EnviroAssets reflects its founder’s experience in National Contingency Plan (“NCP”) complaint investigations, litigation support, and database management, which instilled the importance of accurate data management, attention to detail, and the need for high technical standards as primary company values.
Large and small project experiences, from mom-and-pop businesses burdened with underground storage tank removals and impacted small commercial properties to pre-purchase support of large property redevelopments during pro-forma forecasting through project completion and refinancing, ingrained the realities of funding constraints into environmental management strategies.
